Helena obtained her degree in international relations and history with a minor in Russian language from the University of Toronto. She also holds a broadcasting diploma from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology.
During her on-air career, she has worked at A-Channel, Report on Business Television, The Weather Network and Shaw TV in Calgary. Recently she also co-produced and hosted a 90 minute special on crystal meth and has been signed as the new host of "Crimes of Passion" for the WE Network.

Energy TV Co-Executive Producer/Business Development ManagerShelly Brimble has been active in oil and gas publishing as a writer and an editor since 1991. She graduated from the journalism program at Mount Royal College in Calgary 1989 and expanded her industry knowledge with a Petroleum Engineering Certificate from SAIT. She now uses her expertise daily, as a producer at Energy-TV.
Shelly has traveled across the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin and reported on many significant developments in Canada's oil and gas industry. During her career, she was one of the first non-owner females to serve as an editor at oil & gas magazines - a role that she held for 13 years.
As the producer of Energy TV, Shelly provides editorial leadership for the show and connects the program with the Canadian petroleum industry to ensure its content continually evolves. She also provides guidance for the editorial, filming, reporting and editing teams to ensure that the overall content meets the mandate of the program by assisting the industry.

Energy TV Co-Host / Senior ReporterOriginally from Roblin, Manitoba, Chad moved out west to obtain his Television diploma from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology and his bachelors of Communications Studies from the University of Calgary.
During this time and upon graduation, Chad began working at CBC Calgary in various capacities, including hosting and reporting for the national program, CBC News: The WIRE.
From there Chad went to Red Deer to work as a news/sports/entertainment video journalist with Shaw Television.
Eventually the allure of Calgary came calling once again as Chad landed a position as a reporter and writer with Energy-TV. Chad enjoys covering all facets of the complex energy industry. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, girlfriend Dallas and playing and watching hockey.

ReporterShayna Nackoney is on her way to completing a Journalism degree and a Broadcasting diploma at Mount Royal College in Calgary. Prior to getting the “media bug” Shayna competed on the Canadian Synchronized Swimming team at the 2004 Olympic Games. She then spent two years performing with the Cirque du Soleil “O” show in Las Vegas.
Shayna began her career in the media at Golden West Radio and wrote for a small town newspaper; the Okotoks Western Wheel. She has also worked as a sports reporter at Spruce Meadows Television. Shayna now loves covering all the latest innovations and fascinating aspects of today’s energy industry.
