Baby Boomers, Industry Bust

Minister of Human Resources and Social Development and the president and CEO of Calgary Chamber of Commerce discuss the impending labour shortage over the next decade. While the baby boomer generation gets ready to settle into retirement, their seats may remain empty as they make up two-thirds to three-quarters of the current labour force. This leaves the smaller generations X and Y with big shoes to fill.
